Appeal – Application for leave to appeal in civil cases – High Court – Uniform Rule of Court 49
An appellant wishing to appeal the order and / or judgment granted by a judge must apply for leave to appeal same to the Supreme Court of Appeal alternatively the Full Bench of the Court on a date to be determined by the Registrar.
The appellant appeals against the findings of fact and / or the rulings of law, on the grounds that the court erred and misdirected itself, and sets out in what respect same was done.
